Terms

These terms govern use of Viewing Trades (the site, app wrappers, Telegram bot, and VT+). By using Viewing Trades you agree to them. If you do not, do not use it.

What Viewing Trades is

Viewing Trades provides market data views and, if you connect a Hyperliquid API wallet, optional order routing to Hyperliquid. Viewing Trades does not custody your assets, does not operate an exchange, and does not give investment advice. Hyperliquid, CoinMarketCap, and other venues have their own terms.

Account

Sign-in (Google or X) creates an account for paper, watchlist, calls, alerts, VT+, and saved API settings. You are responsible for that login. We may suspend or delete an account that abuses the product, scrapes aggressively, or violates law.

Acceptable use

Do not use Viewing Trades to manipulate markets, launder funds, evade sanctions, attack the service, or impersonate others. Public calls are attributed to your account and stay on the tape; do not post anything illegal or that you do not have the right to post. We may hide or mute content on a device or globally.

Live trading and Auto

If you save an API wallet and arm Auto or send a Live ticket, you authorise Viewing Trades to sign Hyperliquid orders for that account, including attached stops, reduces, and closes, and to keep doing so on Viewing Trades’s servers until you disarm Auto or disconnect. You confirm the API wallet is yours, withdrawals are disabled on it, and you understand leveraged perps can liquidate you. Viewing Trades may include a builder fee on those orders.

VT+

VT+ is paid in the listed cryptocurrencies at the posted amount after one successful invite, or after joining with someone else’s code. Access starts after Viewing Trades confirms the payment. It is not refundable once confirmed, except where the law requires. Features can change. VT+ does not guarantee fills, uptime, or trading results.

Data and IP

Market data is licensed or public from third parties and may not be redistributed as your own feed. Viewing Trades’s layout, scoring, and copy are ours. You keep rights to your calls and notes; you grant Viewing Trades a licence to show public calls to other users.

No warranty

Viewing Trades is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that data is accurate, that orders will send, attach, or fill, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Third-party outages are outside Viewing Trades.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed, Viewing Trades and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed or late prints, failed or partial orders, liquidation, key compromise on your side, or indirect or consequential loss. If a court finds liability anyway, it is capped at the VT+ amount you paid in the 90 days before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict rules. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere. If a term is unenforceable, the rest stays. Viewing Trades may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use is acceptance.
